Mary Shelley Mycroft

Mary Shelley Mycroft shares her love of epic fantasy, languages and world travel in each of her well-crafted stories. Among her influences, she cites Piers Anthony, Lord Byron and Robert Heinlein, drawing upon their fantastic, romantic and powerfully allegorical work to craft her own worlds and visions.

An aficionado of creme brulee, she enjoys cooking various desserts, taking daily bubble baths, and raising fragrant roses in her dwindling spare time.

She lives in the Midwest with her goth-loving spouse, two brilliant children, a neurotic dog and an indifferent cat, frequently wondering whether her life would be easier if she were a Wookiee.
